To conduct commercial inspections, the inspector must have a current working knowledge of commercial and multi-family construction, their construction techniques, building services and the proper codes and regulations for these sites.
We HAVE the experience and knowledge to perform inspections for all types and sizes of building. We KNOW construction, buildings services and are up-to-date with codes and regulations. We WILL conduct a thorough, comprehensive inspection. When necessary, we will hire specialists for certain components or systems in the building. These could be in the fields of structural, electrical, mechanical, or soils in order to ensure that these areas are accurately examined and assessed.
You ARE provided with an extensive computer generated inspection report including digital photos and summary page as well as reports from any utilized specialist.
